Minxy Vixen | Earring Review

As beautiful as the perfect brooch might be, it's often the right set of earrings that complete the look. That's where these amazing designs by Minxy Vixen come in to play.

I had been admiring these pieces for quite a while, but was a bit worried that they might be on the heavy side (and none of us want to stretch our lobes now do we?!). I must say though that they are incredibly light considering the intricacy of their designs. I also like that the earring circles were on the smaller side which means I could have worn a pair of studs in my second earring holes if I wanted to.

I decided to style each of them with a matching brooch, starting with this beautiful "Tea Time" pair. I just LOVE this design! How on earth did they manage to get so much detail in to such a small space? There's the checked table cloth, teapot and cups, and a yummy looking afternoon tea.

Now if you've ever flicked back through some of my previous posts, you will know that I just love Australian Native birds (and of course the accessories that pay homage to our beautiful wildlife!). These "Australian Birds" earrings feature a kookaburra, magpie, AND a lorikeet all in the one earring! Check out the lovely pained details too <3

Lastly, we have this perfect pair of "Swans" floating on a blue mirror acrylic sea. I like that they have both colours of swans and together they form a lovely heart with their heads resting together. This pair are slightly smaller than the other two pairs that I tried and so they are even lighter again.

Overall I highly recommend that you go and check out the range at Minxy Vixen. The quality is fantastic and the designs are to die for.
